DIVISION-SPECIFIC CANCELLATION POLICIES
1. Precision Nutrition & The Kitchen Metamorphosis
A free 15-minute introductory call is provided prior to booking. Following the 5,500 AED program payment, an initial 1-hour consultation is conducted. Immediate production on your fully personalized, custom-printed master book begins right after this consultation. Therefore, once this 1-hour consultation concludes, the program fee becomes strictly non-refundable.
2. Yoga & Personal Instruction (The Movement Studio)
A strict 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all private sessions, with full forfeiture of fees if cancelled within this window.
3. Custom Pastry Orders (Ma Petite Épicerie)
Individual Ma Petite Épicerie custom pastry orders require a mandatory 48-hour advance booking for artisanal preparation and become completely non-refundable once production begins.
4. Culinary Immersion (Private Chef Experiences)
- Retainer & Phased Settlement: To initiate bespoke menu curation under the Vision Deck framework, a non-refundable retainer of 1,500 AED is required upfront and credited toward the event total. Individual dining bookings are settled across three direct payment links: Culinary Immersion Deposit, Culinary Immersion Balance, and Culinary Immersion Finale Balance.
- Date Securement & Headcounts: Date securement requires a 50% non-refundable deposit to lock the calendar. Financial quotes are calculated based on the final guest count confirmed at the time of deposit securement. No financial reductions, credits, or partial refunds will be issued if the actual headcount decreases on the day of the event.
- Cutoffs & Deadlines: The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the event date via the provided payment link. No refunds are issued for client cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled event date. Failure to settle the final balance by this 14-day deadline results in automatic booking cancellation and complete forfeiture of the date and deposit.
- Scope & Window: All private experiences are strictly all-inclusive of menu execution and signature tablescape curation, and are subject to a mandatory staff assignment to manage service flow. Experiences include a standard 2.5-hour on-site service window from the scheduled start of service.
- Overtime & Damages Surcharge: Past the standard 2.5-hour service window, or in the event of asset damages, an automated Overtime Surcharge of 350 AED per hour applies to reconcile extended hosting time or asset damage on the finale balance.
5. Custom Meal Packages (Mes Petits Plats Maison)
- Individual Mes Petits Plats Maison packages are entirely crafted on order and require full settlement via the issued secure payment link to confirm. In accordance with operational frameworks, services are structured as private preparation sessions occurring fresh every morning, with comprehensive refrigerator staging and assembly taking place exclusively in the afternoons, from Monday to Friday.
- A strict minimum of 48 hours notice is required for all orders, cancellations, or schedule modifications. Selections must be finalized and paid prior to this 48-hour cutoff window.
- Because preparation takes place fresh during morning hours, completed meals are staged on your refrigerator shelves exclusively during afternoon slots (Monday to Friday).
- Cancellations made within less than 48 hours notice represent entirely unrecoverable business capacity and are 100% non-refundable.
- Additionally, if access to your property, kitchen, or refrigerator network is unavailable during your scheduled afternoon staging slot, the order cannot be refunded or re-credited.
Operational Boundaries & Culinary Rules
1. Menu Customization & Substitution Policy
- Standard Modifications (Complimentary): Simple ingredient removals or basic allergy swaps (e.g., omitting a specific garnish or using gluten-free alternatives) are accommodated at no additional charge, provided they are submitted in writing at least seven (7) days prior to the event.
- Bespoke Alternative Menus (Premium Charge): Requests that require the development and execution of an entirely separate, distinct multi-course menu track (e.g., a full 3-course vegan track alongside a standard menu) will be billed an Additional Menu Customization Fee equivalent to one (1) full guest cover of your selected package (ranging from 650 AED to 850+ AED). This fee strictly covers dual-profile kitchen prep, isolated ingredient sourcing, and secondary hot-line staging required to execute two separate menus simultaneously.
2. Venue Kitchen Requirements & Access
- Logistical Access: The client must guarantee unhindered kitchen access for Chef Eléonore’s team at least two (2) hours prior to the scheduled service start time.
- Utility Specifications: The venue kitchen must provide fully operational refrigeration, a functional stove and oven, running water, and reliable electricity.
- Scope of Cleaning: Chef Eléonore’s team will meticulously clean all kitchen surfaces and cooking equipment utilized during food preparation. General residential dishwashing or venue cleaning outside of our direct culinary footprint is strictly excluded.
3. Punctuality & Glassware Protection
- The Delayed Service Rule: Service will commence at the scheduled time confirmed on the invoice. A maximum grace period of thirty (30) minutes is permitted. Delays exceeding 30 minutes will automatically trigger the Overtime Surcharge of 350 AED per hour, as it directly impacts kitchen execution, food quality integrity, and staff scheduling.
- Signature Glassware Replacement Hold: For experiences utilizing proprietary signature glassware or curated tablescapes (limited to 10 guests max), any broken, missing, or severely chipped specialty glassware items will incur an automatic, uniform replacement fee of 120 AED per glass, deducted directly from the security card hold.
4. Severe Medical Allergies Liability Waiver
- Allergy Declaration Cutoff: All life-threatening or severe medical allergies must be submitted in writing at least seven (7) days prior to the event date.
- Cross-Contamination Disclaimer: While strict sanitation protocols are enforced, our mobile kitchen environment routinely handles nuts, gluten, dairy, and shellfish.
- Liability Release: ELEONORE MARION MARKETING MANAGEMENT accepts no legal or financial liability for allergic reactions resulting from undeclared sensitivities or trace cross-contamination in external home or venue kitchens.
Payment as Binding Acceptance
The settlement of any digital payment link, program instalment, or remote transaction (including but not limited to the Culinary Immersion Deposit, Culinary Immersion Balance, or Culinary Immersion Finale Balance) constitutes your immediate, explicit, and legally binding acceptance of these Terms of Use and all associated cancellation policies. No secondary signature or separate written contract is required to enforce these terms, as payment confirmation serves as your full consent to our operational frameworks.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Eleonore Marion shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of this website, nutrition coaching, or culinary services.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the Federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
